DAY 3 ROUTINE (GTO's 1st Day) GTO's(Group Testing Officer) 1st day comprises of Group Discussion Lecturate Group Planning (Indoor Task) Progressive Group Task (Outdoor Task) Half Group task Psychologist/Deputy President Interview GROUP DISCUSSION ISSB 3 rd day is GTO’s 1 st day, different Group Testing Officer (GTO) one by one come to testing hall & call loudly the chest numbers which is given to candidates by ISSB staff on 1 st day (reporting day) of ISSB. Then Group Testing Officer allot all specific called chest numbers award them new chest numbers, which starts from 1 to 7 or depending upon strength of group. Group Testing Officer lead the specific own group to a specific room, where all the candidates sit before him in a sequence of chest number.
