DAY 3 ROUTINE   (GTO's 1st Day) GTO's(Group Testing Officer) 1st day comprises of  Group Discussion Lecturate Group Planning (Indoor Task) Progressive Group Task (Outdoor Task) Half Group task Psychologist/Deputy President Interview GROUP DISCUSSION ISSB 3 rd day is GTO’s 1 st day, different Group Testing Officer (GTO) one by one come to testing hall & call loudly the chest numbers which is given to candidates by ISSB staff on 1 st day (reporting day) of ISSB. Then Group Testing Officer allot all specific called chest numbers award them new chest numbers, which starts from 1 to 7 or depending upon strength of group. Group Testing Officer lead the specific own group to a specific room, where all the candidates sit before him in a sequence of chest number. DAY 1 ROUTINE   (Reporting Day) As the day 1 in ISSB known as reporting day. On this day you have to report at your specific ISSB center (GUJRANWALA/MALIR/KOHAT/QUETTA) on mentioned time with call letter alongwith brousher. On this day all candidates have to report on time then Military bus will take you from checkpost to ISSB center. After reaching ISSB center all candidates have to put all lodges on specific place & then reached quickly in testing hall. In testing hall candidates will be allotted with chest numbers & after allottment of chest numbers each candidate have to take a picture from ISSB staff with chest number wearing on their dress.
